Nestled in the heart of Kashmir, Berrg Naturals began with a question, not a formula: why does skin that is only tired get treated like skin that is broken? Founded in January 2025 by Mudasir Ahmad, with Syed Irfan Inayat as Chief Marketing Officer, we set out to build adaptogen skincare around KSM-66 ashwagandha and GI-tagged Kashmiri Mongra saffron, sourced from named growers in Pampore.

Kashmir has been home to beauty rituals passed down through generations, secrets whispered from grandmother to granddaughter, remedies crafted in mountain villages where saffron blooms golden and herbs grow wild. We saw these treasures being forgotten in a world increasingly dominated by synthetic formulations. Berrg Naturals emerged as a bridge between this ancient wisdom and contemporary skincare science.

Mudasir spent years watching people treat tired skin like broken skin. Late nights, pollution, and stress wear down the skin barrier. They do not ruin it. That distinction became the starting point for Berrg Naturals.

We launched in January 2025 with our first collection, built on KSM-66 ashwagandha and GI-tagged Kashmiri Mongra saffron. Every batch is patch tested before it reaches a customer.

Kashmir's Golden Heritage

At the core of our formulations is GI-tagged Kashmiri Mongra saffron. Known locally as Kong Posh, or golden flower, this variety grows only in the fertile plains of Pampore. Named growers hand-harvest each bloom for its crocin content, the compound behind saffron's colour and its skin benefits.

We pair GI-tagged Kashmiri Mongra saffron with KSM-66 ashwagandha, a standardised adaptogen extract, sourced from named growers who have worked this land for generations. Our products harness Kashmir's complete botanical pharmacy:
