Purchases from Berrg Naturals are shipped from our warehouse through trusted and reputed logistics service providers. Please allow the following estimated delivery timelines from the time your order is confirmed.

Domestic Orders (India)

All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

You can expect delivery within 3โ€“5 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Charges

Domestic Orders

We ship products across India, and all domestic orders qualify for free shipping.

Delivery Information

  • Orders are delivered Monday to Sunday between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays.
  • All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

If you are unavailable at the delivery address, you may authorize a family member, colleague, or neighbour to receive the package on your behalf.

Berrg Naturals cannot be held responsible for packages received by an alternate person at the delivery address.

Returns & Exchanges

At Berrg Naturals, we aim to provide the best shopping experience and high-quality skincare products. However, due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a tampered or damaged product, please notify our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery.

You must provide:

  • Clear images of the product
  • An unboxing video (if available)
  • Order details

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement product.

Product Quality Concerns

If you have concerns regarding product quality, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery.

Requests made beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for exchange.

Conditions for Exchanges

Product exchanges will only be accepted if:

  • The product is returned in original packaging
  • The product is unused and in saleable condition
  • The request is verified and approved by the Berrg Naturals team

All return and exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval.

Refund Policy

Once products are sold and delivered, refunds will not be issued. Only product exchanges may be offered in cases of verified damage or manufacturing defects.
